Looks like there are some failures in Firefox & IE, most likely because we have custom code for handling insertHTML in those browsers which don't support it or do it inconsistently. Need some more investigation before we can merge this in. |

Description
A new tool button for evaluating inserted html, basically for embedding videos or objects.
