Lambert II E longitude error

The longitude given with LAMBERT_II_E zone is wrong.

Example :
x : 369419.000000
y : 1986498.000000

This should return
Latitude : 44.84071560809383
Longitude : 0.579117201473994

Latitude is good but it returns :
Latitude : 44.840699
Longitude : 0.083568

This is an error due to a wrong recopy (all non Lambert 93 coordinated are affected). I have identified the problem. A fix will be publish today on lambert library and derivatives.
