Details
This PR changes the default private network addressing from 10.0.0.0/24 to 10.0.3.0/24 to avoid network routing problem that happens in virtual machines. VirtualBox and Azure use 10.0.0.0/24 of its own. As a result, VirtualBox and Azure users can't access the nested virtual machines because the nested virtual machines have the same network address with the default private network.
