input.xml : input xml for rosetta_scripts
fldsgn_cen.wts : weight parameter for BluePrintBDR
B07 : working dir for GB-based bundles
B12 : working dir for GBB-based bundles
B14 : working dir for BAAB-based bundles
Go into each directory and run ruh.sh there givin input.pdb to the run.sh
