CCP (0xD3A7CA) is not supported

This is certainly a more of a feature request than a bug :)
Using afpLib, we recently discovered that the CCP-Structured Field is not supported.

We can work around this but I still thoght I'd mention it here as well in case you want to add support for CCP.

I will add support for it. Line data SFs are indeed not well supported.
