Traditionally, the file saving on the cloud is a way to help the user to keep the important files.
An S3 protocol is based on HTTP with port 80 and 443, so it is easy to use and access. Such that the S3 storage is wildly accepted by people. Now there is another solution for users to keep important files using different innovate and safe technology, IPFS.

Please bride this tool with S3 and IPFS using Rust implementation and clear documentation, because this tool is maintained by me. Thanks.

@xiaods I use hard wallet and I'm not have my wallet now, I'll check out this a two days latter. I am not sure why that is not automatic pay by the bot.

@yanganto the bot don't auto pay since there are a lot of corner cases where the funders need to have that control.
