Let's tell you something about the workflow when working with Esti 👲

1. Create room

Project manager (PM) creates new room on esti.io with a specific password

2. Invite users

The PM sends the newly created URL for the room to the developers so they can join

3. User joins room

Developers open the URL and enter their name

4. Create new round

When all developers have joined the PM can start a new voting round by clicking Create new round and setting a title with an optional URL so the title gets linked

5. User can vote

After starting the round by clicking Start round all developers see the title and clickable points which represent their estimation

6. Vote indicator

When a developer selects an estimation other developers see a check mark next to the name in the online users list

7. Voting results for PM

The PM can always see the estimations

8. Discuss the result…

After all developers have selected their estimations the result will be displayed to all developers so they can discuss the result and change their estimation

9. …and find a winner

If there is a majority the point gets green so the team recognize there is a winner

10. Finish round

The PM can finish the round by clicking an estimation. Note: PM is not able to select an estimation without any votes behind that

11. See estimation results

After round has been finished all users see a trophy icon in the lower left corner. When clicking that one you see all the estimations
