Set environment for opencv

Firstly install opencv, to "C:\Program Files\opencv", etc. Open Visual Studio, View -> Other Windows -> Property Manager Choose your configuration "Debug | x64" etc. expand it, double click to open "PropertySheet" Choose "User macros", find "OpenCVRoot", change its value to where your opencv build folder is.
