yarn 1.x doesn't create an integrity hash when pulling down dependencies referenced through github. (e.g. "inferno-i18next": "github:nimbusec-oss/inferno-i18next#semver:^7.4.2",)

this is fixed in berry, I just couldn't find a related issue.

For people who are concerned about reproducible builds, use the berry version of yarn.

Sorry, I deleted a comment here as I made #8783 for it. I suspect this may be the root cause.
