SAP Business One storage configuration failed for Fujitsu server SLE-15-SP5
Default for xs_routing_mode was changed in HANA-2 SP7 (bsc#1216539) Remove deprecated MDC stuff: (bsc#1083546) mdc is now default for hana 2.0 sps1
Handle XS_ROUTING_MODE via autoinstallation also: There are 2 new optiona autoyast tags: xsRoutingMode and xsDomainName. Install sap-hana and sap-bone patterns when installing the package.
Use hostname as local address.

Problem
In SCC there is no way to automaticaly select all needed modules that is why init_sap-start should do it.
The XS routing mode was set until now to ports. Now we made it selectable
Remove deprecated code.
