Does not work if the resx file contains the language #1

@ycanardeau In my project I have:

Resources1.en-US.resx
Resources1.en-US.resx

Having those files does not generate code.

However, if I rename one of the two, it does:

Resources1.resx
Resources1.en-US.resx
