[BUG] Save/Load won't work due to lambda functions #57

Describe the bug
While saving the TimeGAN model an error is returned due to the use of lambda functions for the optimizers.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Train the StockGAN example.
Save the trained model

Expected behavior
To be able to save and load the TimeGAN model with no errors.
