Add wildcard "*" in ConfigurationRoleMapping to give a role to every connected user. Enhance test SecurityIT accordingly

Also fixes #1 by replacing RunBefores jUnit statements by custom PausableRunBefores. This allows a rule to execute the befores without executing directly the next statement. The CommandLineITRule uses this to run the befores, then the CliHandler, and finally the next statement.
