问题

The validator:

后果

这可能导致 rssto.email 不收录，每次都认为是新的。

如上图，通知只有 8:00–21:00 会刷新，而不刷新时 rssto.email 也认为那是新通知。

解决方案

获取到通知时验证时间，若在未来则改为当下。
