stubby-docker

Quick start:

curl -O stubby.yml \
    https://raw.githubusercontent.com/getdnsapi/stubby/develop/stubby.yml.example
docker run -v ${PWD}/stubby.yml:/usr/local/etc/stubby/stubby.yml:ro \
    yegle/stubby-dns:latest

NOTE: the docker image is versioned on https://github.com/getdnsapi/getdns, NOT https://github.com/getdnsapi/stubby (because the stubby repo is a git submodule of the getdns repo).
