testacular.conf.js missing

After generating the project and running the first time via grunt. I get the following error for testacular:

Running "testacular:unit" (testacular) task
[2013-02-28 15:25:49.776] [ERROR] config - Config file does not exist!

You need to install generator-testacular as well as the generator-angular

npm install generator-angular generator-testacular

I installed the generator-testacular but still recived the error

Testacular is Karma now, npm install generator-karma.
