As we get closer to launch, I'd really love it if a few more people could test the generators to make sure that everything is working as expected. We want to deliver as stable an experience as possible :)

Some specific things we're looking out for:

  • Are you able to build and serve correctly?
  • When you make changes to the files generated are those causing an automatic reload?
  • Are you experiencing any other issues with them worth noting?

If you do notice something out of place, please create a new issue on the generators repo so we can track further. Thanks!

We need some people to do extensive testing of the whole yeoman and generator system when 1.0 is approaching.

How close is 1.0 to release status?

@sindresorhus should we try to get together a list of folks who would be up for doing heavy testing of 1.0 pre?

I have great interest in Yeoman Generators, I have OS X, Windows and Ubuntu. If you need testers I'll do it.

This issue was filed before we moved all generators out into their own repos. The stability and lifecycle of generators is now down to each individual generator author to test and we'll be happy to help them as much as we can in that process.
