Testing: Generators #307
Comments
We need some people to do extensive testing of the whole yeoman and generator system when 1.0 is approaching. |
How close is 1.0 to release status? |
@sindresorhus should we try to get together a list of folks who would be up for doing heavy testing of 1.0 pre? |
Yes, definitely. |
I'm willing to help on testing if needed. |
I have great interest in Yeoman Generators, I have OS X, Windows and Ubuntu. If you need testers I'll do it. |
I need yeoman for windows with the angular.js generator, any doc for how to get latest source and install, I will then start testing.. we are at the moment for this right? |
@aamonten see http://yeoman.io on how to install latest yeoman. |
This issue was filed before we moved all generators out into their own repos. The stability and lifecycle of generators is now down to each individual generator author to test and we'll be happy to help them as much as we can in that process. |
As we get closer to launch, I'd really love it if a few more people could test the generators to make sure that everything is working as expected. We want to deliver as stable an experience as possible :)
Some specific things we're looking out for:
If you do notice something out of place, please create a new issue on the generators repo so we can track further. Thanks!
