This is a senior design project I with other three developers (Botai Xiong, Siyu Li, Yuxiang Cheng) developed at the University of Illinois at Chiago. It is a high level abstration of what an ideal shopping cart is going to be in the future. People don't have to worry about where their carts are and whether they are getting in other customers' way. This demo cart achieved the functions of auto-following, self-checkout and cart handoff.
This project is awarded the Winner of Computer Engineering Category at UIC EXPO 2018.
