CellCounter

ImageJ Macro scripts for counting number of cells.

Note: This scripts is not aimed for general use. It's just a demo to show how to run Macro in ImageJ to count cells.

Usage:

• Step1: Change the name of directory in mainMacro according to your system.
• Step2: Open ImageJ. Plugins -> Macros -> Run... Select mainMacro.
• Step3: Results are summarized in record.
• Step4: Adjust the threshold in mainMacro.
