I'm struggling with this:
gnab/remark#194

But it also means that I need to edit everything again every time I recompile the Rmd files. Maybe there's an easier way?

ok, sorry, I opened this issue too soon. The answer is yes. I only couldn't manage to use MathJax offline, see: #13
