inf_mr() does not update with changes to css for html_document

inf_mr() does not update when a .css file is updated when inf_mr() is called on a html_document(). Below is a reprex + video showcasing behaviour.

inf_mr() works as expected when used on a moon_reader() document and updates when changes are made to .css file (not shown in reprex).
