Debug Panel + Imagick php extension

When the page contains captcha (rendered using imagick) and yii2-debug toolbar - page does not load. Server freezes and does not work until restart it.
Message from Google Chrome DevTools:

When I disable debug panel, everything works fine.
When I use debug panel without imagick, everything works fine too.
As I understand, the problem is somewhere in the panel "reguest".
In case of comment this line: https://github.com/yiisoft/yii2/blob/master/extensions/debug/Module.php#L209
everything works fine.

OS: Windows 8
PHP: 5.4.26 (OpenServer)
Imagick extension: 3.1.2

Can't reproduce it. Windows 8, PHP 5.5.4, ImageMagick 3.1.2.
