Thank you for your contribution! Unfortunately this PR has a lot of conflicts with the current master code so I am unable to check it. Are you willing to further work on this feature? If so, lets discuss a possible implementation in #7640 before putting more effort into an implementation. I am closing this PR for now. |

Added encoders/decoders from php arrays to postgres arrays.
For now works with integer[], text[] and numeric[] arrays.
