Sepatu ("shoe") is a barebones Joomla! 3.0 template based on Twitter Bootstrap. It is primarily ment as a jumpstart for template-developers, to build their own template from scratch. Coding is required. But in its basic setup, and thanks to the look&feel of Bootstrap, a basic Sepatu-setup already looks good.
