客户端无法连接服务端，提示超时 #37

服务端版本：v0.26.12.3
客户端版本：v0.26.12.3

操作：
在腾讯云服务器上安装服务端版本，开放了8424（桥接端口），9090（web端口）
在windows下直接使用npc.exe文件，不使用配置，执行以下命令
npc.exe -server=公网ip:8424 -vkey=uskbvdubfff08f02 -type=tcp
配置文件:

最后结果是这样的，超时，并且web界面未连接

宝塔端口放行

腾讯云端口放行

希望能得到大佬的解答，真心搞不懂，搞了大半个月了。
