how to improve Image resolution and use better Dall-E pretrained model?

wow I generated a demo and had a lot of fun with it. But the resolution of the video is too low, and Biggan's rendering effect is not accurate enough.In addition, as a relatively new model, Dall-E produces worse effect than Biggan, which is beyond my expectation.
