Blender: Restore actions to objects after update #6153

Changelog Description

Restore the actions assigned to objects after updating assets from blend files.

Testing notes:

  1. Assign a new action to any loaded object in the scene.
  2. Update that asset.
  3. The objects should still have the action assigned after the update.

Have been tested in both legacy OP and Ayon mode and all working as expected...

When updating the assets, it successfully keep connected the Animation and all being fine updating to latest version.
