I noticed you mentioned ability to parse bookmarks in Readme, but I'm unable to find any reference to that in code or in examples. Help please?

I see now that the TODO file includes a note about bookmarks as a possible feature.

I ended up creating a branch of a branch of active_pdftk to get my bookmarks, if you're interested. Changes can be viewed here.

Any update on this? The README suggests that bookmarks are available, but I'm not seeing them. Thanks!
