The "fix brain" step in brain surgery is now repeatable, and IPCs get their own separate version of the surgery that requires targeting the chest and using a multitool instead of a hemostat.

IPCs having some way to fix brain damage outside of relying entirely on solder is greatly appreciated.
Also making the fix brain step repeatable removes so much unneeded tedium from fixing brain damage.

Brain surgery has 7 steps, this just makes one of them repeatable, not that you'd need to repeat it in the vast majority of cases.
