This is lore. Lore isn't fair because it is trying to depict life which also isn't fair.

I'm probably not going to get in to multiple arguments unless it is demanded but my main point is:

NT species racism is already established as the lore direction we're going with for a while so unless we're going the complete opposite direction now this change doesn't fit.

This is a balance change vs a lore change to make it more "fair"

The only PR I've seen that made us go in a similar lore direction ATM was the "all species can be heads" but even during that PR their pay was specifically kept the same to remain in line with the lore.

Unless the lore is now completely different this PR goes the opposite direction of what is already established.

They are not racist, they exploit social circumstances where they can. They cannot do this for plasmamen because of lore, namely that plasmamen have received the same citizen rights they had when they were once human. Worker rights for non-humans are sketchier and harder to fight in court (but plasmamen have human rights!) Hence, the PR.

No. It isn't. Paycheck differences were not merged under the sense of balance, and they should not be considered under balance because our economy is broken. Don't pretend it's about balance.

IPCs were allowed to be heads. I would do more but I've been relatively conservative to appease you people. I'm planning to do more based on things I've written (that I've gotten next to no objections about).

It is a new lore team. I am a new lore director. Do not apply the standards set by the previous lore team to me.

Need to stew on it more, especially for numbers and how low they could go while still actually getting workers who wouldn't just go elsewhere, but it'd probably be polys or IPC.
