More cult fake rune tomfoolery

Attacking cult runes with your hand says "You aren't able to understand the words of [src]."

Now attacking spray runes with your hand says the same thing unless you're a real cultist, in which it tells you that they are fake runes

Just make all runes work as real runes at this point smh

Just a idea if it sounds cool. The chaplain or curator should able if it is fake or not. This will give them a bit more to do and/or for sec to bug them.

The chaplain can hit it with his null rod to see if the rune gets banished or not. Similarly, the janitor can attempt to clean the rune, real runes do not get cleaned.
