Intent of your Pull Request
I'm pretty sure I'm currently the best active engineer on yogs, especially with atmos, and yet I cannot make setups that are capable of producing certain gases in large batches. These balance fixes intend to make producing large batches of nitryl, stimulum and BZ possible. It is still difficult to do, requiring significant amounts of setup to create, but is now actually possible. Ping me in discord if you have problems with these tweaks, I'll explain in greater detail why.
Also I have no idea why the fuck stimball reaction is still in there, I thought nich deleted that back when I told them how unbalanced it was: #6826

tweak:
nitryl formation now at a minimum of 30*FIRE_MINIMUM_TEMPERATURE_TO_EXIST and has much higher efficiency. You now no longer need to perform fusion to achieve the temperatures necessary for batch nitryl production.
stimulum no longer requires tritium to synthesize. ACCIDENTAL FUCKING FUSION WAS BAD ENOUGH
BZ now has optimum at 50kpa. Batch production is now actually possible.
