Add ifcoopenshell as a permitted dependency that the addon manager can auto-download.

Is ifcopenshell installable that way? I haven ´t tested...

If it helps IOS is now available via pip, conda, docker, or manual download: https://blenderbim.org/docs-python/ifcopenshell-python/installation.html

I added pip instructions to https://wiki.freecadweb.org/IfcOpenShell
I'll try to test installing it from the addon manager...

Tested and everything is now working fine... I think we can close this then!
