Add Multi-Modal AI Support to Yorkie Intelligence

What would you like to be added:
Recently, there has been an increase in AI models supporting multi-modal capabilities. It would be beneficial to add multi-modal AI support to Yorkie Intelligence.

Yorkie Intelligence currently supports GitHub Issue and PR Writing functionalities. With the addition of multi-modal AI support, users could leverage AI capabilities for generating diagrams and other multi-modal content.

Why is this needed:
The addition of multi-modal AI support would enhance the capabilities of Yorkie Intelligence and make it more versatile for various tasks, including diagram creation similar to the ones referenced in the following issues:

• Issue 723
