In 'vendor/lib' directory there is no dll which used by windows. Dll file is in 'bin' directory so it try to determine os and choose correct path.

I do not have Windows PC so I cannot review this pull request. It is hard for me to keep supporting Windows. Please use the version you forked. If I ever get a Windows PC, I will consider this changes. |
