a<b<cがあると親切かもしれないですサンプルでわかるけど

$\lbrace a, b, c \rbrace$ とかもありそうですがどちらが良いでしょうか

わかればなんでもいいんですが、a,b, c(a < b < c)がいちばん誤解を起こさなそうなのでこれがいいと思います

info.tomlのparamはissueの制約と合っているか？(or 合っていないならちゃんと認識しているか？)
info.tomlのforum, TLは正しいか？
CIが出力した問題文を眺める
task.mdは{{params}}を使っているか？
verifier.cppはparam.hを使っているか？内容は問題文の制約と合っているか？
CIで実行時間を眺める 2sぐらいには収まっているか？
