Create an alarm screen in split screen looks broken

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app in split screen mode with another application
2. Click the pen icon to create an alarm

Expected behavior

It should've either shown like in the screenshots below (somehow), or make it only with keyboard (so you can only type the time for the alarm)

Actual behavior

This happend:
The first app is ClockYou
