使用 Dialog 对话框默认影响body问题 #29

打开 Dialog 默认会给 body 元素添加样式 width: calc(100% - 15px); 导致页面有偏移

虽然给 index.html 添加 #app {overflow-y: auto;} 样式后可以解决 dialog/drawer 打开时页面抖动问题，但在开启 Header 固定时，又会出现遮挡部分滚动条的问题...
