The commit modifies the localization files (for English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Korean, Turkish) and a model settings file, changing the references from "gpt-4-turbo-preview" to "gpt-4-turbo". Additionally, it adds a new entry "gpt-4o" in the English localization and model setting files.

Updated the language translation files (zh.json, fr.json, es.json, ko.json, tr.json) to include the details about the latest GPT-4 Omni model. The changes allow users of different languages to access information about the new model.
