HandleMessage回调函数消费的问题 #166

我在回调函数里设置通道缓冲大小是1，通道缓冲消费完这一条后，立即调用Consumer.Stop()，这时我查看队列的数据少了有20条，请问多消费的消息是不是丢了？谢谢！

stop后就不会ack消息了, 理论上不会丢, 或者关闭自动ack参数, 这样消费完自己ack
