这个功能解决了什么问题？

在下拉数据中期望某一项是禁用状态，这个需求在日常业务中也是常见的

你期望的 API 是什么样子的？

期望就是这个控件能支持控制下拉数据的可选状态

这个是基于cell渲染的，我们是不是要先给cell加一个disabled的功能，但是cell中这个 disabled 的色值 选择哪个比较好呢

我看现在v3已经可以支持了，想问一下v2会优化吗？老项目用的vue2
