这个功能解决了什么问题？

选择完整的日期时间时，大多数情况下DateTimePicker的交互比PickerGroup+DatePicker+TimePicker更合理。建议在vant4里新增一个DateTimePicker。

你期望的 API 是什么样子的？

没有这个计划哈，DateTimePicker 有很多局限性，比如没法展示「秒」
