Initial Pre-release 0.1.0.0 Alpha

The first Bar Chart Race Generator release.
It has already the full functionality to generate Bar Chart Race animation video in MPEG format.
The full features are:

1. Load csv file as input and save MPEG file as output.
2. Add custom image for every bar item using image url.
3. Customize the animation like duration, background image, color, thickness, font size and so on.

Installation:

1. Download BarChartRace.zip
2. Extract to your favorite Program Files folder
3. Double click BarChartRaceNet.exe
