This release contain the picoloop binary for PSP(0.75e) and Windows-PC(0.74d I have not update this one ) with the garvalf manual.
Lastest version of the manual can be fetch from : https://github.com/farvardin/picoloop-manual
For PSP, drop down all the file in a PICO directory in the standard PSP/GAME/ directory.
For PC, extract the directory where you want, for example in the desktop, and launch it from there.
Watch the manual :)

NOTE : I have check for 30 minute the PSP version, seem to work fine. you can fallback to the previous version if you find bug. This one is faster than the previous psp build, so I upload it.
