[extractor/adobepass] Handle Charter_Direct MSO as Spectrum

"Spectrum" is the cable brand of "Charter Communications." The name value of the MSO_INFO['Charter_Direct'] dict is Charter Spectrum. The Charter_Direct MSO ID seems to be a relic, but it also seems to be what some Spectrum customers think is their MSO ID.

I am not able to personally test this, but based on the discussion/results in #5930 and #5742 (comment), it looks like the Charter_Direct MSO ID should be handled as Spectrum.
