[ie/commonmistakes] Raise error on blob URLs

Issue a proper error when a user passes a blob URL.
The old error message was not very helpful:

ERROR: Unable to handle request: Unsupported url scheme: "blob" (requests, urllib, websockets, curl_cffi)
