Issue Description:
An issue has been identified concerning the logging of experiment data when the experiment duration is less than 5 seconds. Currently, data generated during these brief experiments is not being saved.

Steps to Reproduce:
Create an experiment file with a duration of less than 5 seconds;
Run the experiment;
Observe that the generated data is not saved as expected.

Expected Behavior:
The software should incorporate a mechanism to validate the experiment file, particularly in the case of the experiment's duration, prior to execution. If the duration is determined to be less than 5 seconds, the software must alert the user and refrain from executing the experiment, since such short-duration experiments are meaningless within the context of thermal systems.
