Usage

Moving Data from a Queue to a Topic

QueueFramework
    .FromQueue(queueConnectionString, queueName)
    .ProcessWith<PassthroughQueueProcessor>()
    .OutputToTopic(topicConnectionString, queueName);

Subscribing to a Topic Subscription in the Form of a Reactive Stream

var rx = QueueFramework
	.FromTopicSubscription(connectionString, topicName, subscriptionName)
	.OutputToReactive(serializer);
