Hello @ytti,

there are a lot of stale issues. Which unfortunately are very hard to triage. Can we maybe set up this stale bot by GitHub, which will tag and then later close stale Issues and PRs.

found out that there's a old implementation of probot no-response. Hence I'll merge the new one, since I deduce that such a feature is desirable.
