Applied SpaceWire-R Draft 0.4 (fixed SequenceNumber of Heartbeat to 0x00)
Added libraries for Shimafuji SpacePi (SpaceWire.hh, SpaceWireIFOverSPI.hh, SpaceWireSpacePiModule.hh)
SpaceWire-R RTEP packet receive bugfix

How to use

When using SpacePi(+RaspberryPi), add -DRASPBERRY_PI to make.
